These are the series known as DTM. From 1990 to today's V8 quattro A4, Audi has always competed with the prototype having four doors. But now this is changing and the company is preparing a new racing car based on the A5 Coupé.
Racing cars will participate in the series in 2012. Spored car manufacturers is safe, has a relatively low cost of development (40% lower than the model it replaces) and has an impressive design.
