This is KTM E3W, which will compete with cars like the Renault Twizy in Europe. The main structure of the car is made of plastic.
According to KTM, E3W is ecologically vehicle designed primarily for narrow city streets and areas with frequent traffic jams. At the same time the car is interesting and modern design, even have doors similar to those used by Lamborghini.
E3W own weight is just 500 kg. Powered by electric power 15 kW and has a lithium-ion batteries. With an electric charge travels 100 km. KTM E3W now just a concept, but the Austrian company has already prepared the project for mass production, and rely on being able to earn the market back in 2013.
Plans are to make around 50,000 a year or three-wheel electric car, as unconfirmed data, the price will start from around € 5,000.
